As one of the only firms along the Grand Strand that includes a virtual tour with our property listing, Garden City Realty provides more inclusive exposure of our properties than any of our competitors. The virtual tour allows prospective renters to tour properties in the privacy of their own home with panoramic views that provide perspectives simply not possible with still photos.

What is a virtual tour? A virtual tour is a series of digital images stitched together to make a complete 360° panoramic image. The final virtual tour slowly pans the entire 360° of the image, creating an immersive effect that makes the viewer feel like they are actually in each location. We are always seeking new and innovative ways to market a property via direct mail and will not limit ourselves to mail-out types or content as long as it serves the best interest of our property owners and company.
